As a Senior Test & Product Engineer you are able to work thourgh the entire life cycle of implementation, verification and documentation of a project. A very good knowledge of product testing is required as well as a thorough understandig of product quality and yield management. You do have experience in the function of Test & Product Engineer and would like to take a next step to grow in your function and to help grow the organisation.
Functie-eisen
Do you want to develop yourself in the function of senior test & product engineer? And do you have the requirements below?
- BSc. / MSc. in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Test & Product Engineer;
- Experienced in defining semiconductor product electrical test specifications (ETS);
- Experience with different semiconductor packages (QFN, WLCSP,...);
- Experience in implementing both lab and industrial tests for complex mixed-signal products containing analog building blocks, digital filters, DSP cores, microcontrollers and various communication peripherals;
- Experience with the use of JTAG and scan chains;
- Good knowledge of digital industrial testers (preferably Teradyne) and Design-for-Test (DfT) techniques for both analog and digital building blocks;
- Experience with IC qualification and product quality analysis (field returns);
- Experience with statistical yield analysis;
- Good social, communication and negotiation skills. You are a real teamplayer;
- Good English language skills (listeling, talking, reading and writing);
- Analytical, pragmatic, enthusiastic and driven personality.
