Our client's Wholesale & Rural (W&R) is the Client's Group wholesale and investment banking operation and has established a world-class reputation in the Food & Agri sector. Rabobank W&R serves clients which are among the leading multinational Corporates and renowned financial institutions and are served through 140 offices in 42 countries. The Systems team is responsible within Our client's W&R for the development, maintenance and support of all IT applications and interfaces worldwide. The Finance & Accounting team is responsible within Systems for all projects and management of IT applications for Finance, with the objective of delivering timely and correct financial data in order to meet dynamic and challenging regulatory and internal demands.
Functieomschrijving
The role requires an in-depth knowledge of Backup & Recovery architectures and technology. In particular, an in depth knowledge of Veeam Backup and Recovery and Veeam Enterprise Manager and Veeam One across a VMware environment
Troubleshoot stability and performance problems for Backups.
Definition and documentation of best practice process and design.
Install and configure Backup & Recovery hardware and software.
Identify requirements and develop/deploy solutions for Backup environments.
Knowledge of working for a company supporting a large number of Veeam backups.
Strong knowledge of at least one operating system.
Clear verbal and written communication to peers and management
Willingness to travel between NL and UK and globally as required.
The candidate should be fluent in the English language
