The Supervisor, Residual is active in logistics and is responsible for all processes and activities within the Residual department and oversees that all Residual orders are processed with the deadlines. He/she leads the Residual team by motivating and engaging the associates to achieve the department targets.
- Responsible for the Residual department incl communication to all involved departments as eCommerce, Export, Returns.
- Oversees processes and resolve process issues within logistics.
- Coordinates and communicates operational systems PkMS/WCS activities/issues to departments at our EHQ.
- Initiates, creates, and maintains Residual reports for management purposes.
- Responsible for the inventory movements for the department incl shipping and communication to related departments.
- Proposes improvements to increase efficiency
- Supervises the Residual associates, ensures tasks are executed in line with the operating and safety procedures and equipment is correctly used.
- Manages the departments productivities and identifies opportunities to increase individual and departmental productivity
- Partners and collaborates with all warehouse supervisors to ensure overarching targets and goals of Logistics Operations are achieved.
- Responsible for the staffing of the department, including temporary staffing, based on the (daily) volumes and business requirements/needs.
- Trains, motivates, and develops the team to improve performance and achieve targets, this includes performance management
- Ensures compliances with Health and Safety regulations and other regulations within the Service Center.
- Participates in and/or leads projects to achieve process improvements within the department and/or Logistics function.
