ASML is looking for a Project Lead to join our SupplyChain Management (SCM) team.  The ProjectLead will represent Supply Chain in a cross functional project team to managethe introduction, engineering changes and eventual phase out of products. Manufacturing sites and research and development facilities are located in Connecticut, California and the Netherlands. Job Description

• Providea key interface with Manufacturing, Planning, Suppliers, and Procurement toalign deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage complex SCM projects from planning through execution while balancing timing, costs, quality, and risks.
• Securethe critical path of complex parts and assemblies in accordance with projectgoals.
• Coordinateactivities with a team of SCM Project Coordinators, providing guidance onoverall project schedule and deliverables.
• Reportto business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
• Drive continuous improvement with supply chain analytics, reporting and metrics to enable data-driven decisions 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years demonstrated operation-based experience within supply chain or project management is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment preferred
