ASML is looking for a Project Lead to join our SupplyChain Management (SCM) team. The ProjectLead will represent Supply Chain in a cross functional project team to managethe introduction, engineering changes and eventual phase out of products. ASML is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry. ASML’s corporate headquarters is in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. Manufacturing sites and research and development facilities are located in Connecticut, California and the Netherlands. Technology development centers and training facilities are located in the United States, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. Additionally, ASML provides optimal service to its customers via over 50 sales and service organizations in 16 countries. Job Description
- Providea key interface with Manufacturing, Planning, Suppliers, and Procurement toalign deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage complex SCM projects from planning through execution while balancing timing, costs, quality, and risks.
- Securethe critical path of complex parts and assemblies in accordance with projectgoals.
- Coordinateactivities with a team of SCM Project Coordinators, providing guidance onoverall project schedule and deliverables.
- Reportto business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
- Drive continuous improvement with supply chain analytics, reporting and metrics to enable data-driven decisions
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated operation-based experience within supply chain or project management is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment preferred
Personal skills
Good business judgement and ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Action oriented, self-starter who can drive strategy and be hands on as situations deem appropriate
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills. Be resourceful and creative infinding solutions
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy with the desire to thrive in a dynamically growing environment
- Analytical and process-driven thinker– head off problems before they arise
- Effective and strong negotiation skills
- Superior communication including oral, written, and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
