System Administrator

You will be responsible for the local IT systems and be a part of the IT team supporting group related projects along with warehouse support and IT projects. You will be located in Den Bosch, but will also be working with the IT Team of their Sister company in the UK. Travelling to sister companies, abroad, can be part of the job.

As a System Administrator in den Bosch a variety of tasks and responsibilities await you:

• Responsible for the local CDC warehouses during IT carve out, hardware rollout and other project work
• Handling 150 workplaces (leaver and joiner processes) and Responsible for procurement of IT equipment
• Handling & Escalating IT tickets
• Co-ordinate suppliers with P1 escalations
• Onsite support contact for WAN, LAN and WLAN for business and users
• Technical contact for external providers in case of incidents or changes
• Onsite support contact for infrastructure, hardware and software
• Manage the relationship on technical level for external suppliers like AEB, Witron and other systems
• Take responsibility for understanding business/project requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
• Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required
• Seeks to fully address business/project needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of ICT, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited
• Leverage new innovations to improve the business.

We expect the following background from local IT manager:

• You have a bachelor degree and have several years of experience in a similar position 
• You like to take the lead, you are proactive and flexible
• You are able to work independently as well as in a team
• You have good communication skills, are stress resistant and accurate
• A great sense of responsibility is self-evident for you

 and it would be great if you bring the following experience:

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure
• Experience of Cisco networking 
• Happy to support end users
• Wireless networking
• Supporting end users on Microsoft Platform
• Office 365 Administration Experience
• AWS Experience
• Linux support and warehouse system experience is a plus
