Are you a Team Lead Shipbuilding with a solid experience in the field of yacht building? We got the right challenge for you.
During a very challenging and ground-breaking project you will be responsible for the planning and overall coordination of the engineering activities. As a goal orientated lead you have a natural talent to guide, motivate and grow your team in order to meet planning and expectations.
Functie eisen
- Higher academic background, e.g. Naval Architecture or Shipbuilding
- At least 9 years of working experience in yacht- or shipbuilding
- Good knowledge of shipbuilding or outfitting
- A least 3 years of managerial experience
- Solid knowledge of classification societies, regulations applicable for yachting
- Knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD and Rhinoceros
- Excellent communicator on all levels
- Fluent in English spoken and written
