In this position you will be leading a cross-functional software development team for our flagship product 3DEXCITE DELTAGEN, the world’s leading high-performance software that delivers a highly-realistic display of 3D visualizations with real-time interaction.

Job Responsibilities
Leading and managing a co-located team of software developers
- Leading and managing a co-located team of software developers (Germany + India)
- Managing, controlling and reporting complex software projects, ensuring assigned activities are completed within committed objectives, schedule and costs
- Conceptionally designing features out of high level requirements
- Continuously increase the productivity of our outsourcing partners
- Realization and active definition of product roadmap
- Providing technical, analytical and personal guidance, balancing workloads and coordinating the work of the team throughout the project processing
- Engaging internal teams and external partners appropriately to ensure that project goals remain on track
- Recommending measures to management with regard to schedules, prioritisation and resource allocation
- Identifying, analyzing and reporting trade-offs und risks in a timely manner
Requirements
Degree in computer science, work experience in a comparable position, professional background in project management
- University degree in Computer Science or in a similar specialization
- At least 2 years of work expierence in a comparable position
- Profound knowledge in C++
- Preferably knowledge with 3D application concepts
- Professional background in project management and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong skills in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding team and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
