Accepting incoming support requests, incidents and problems in GermanLogging all activities in the ticketing toolParticipating in the setup and the further development of this new businessResolving minor training issues on the phone as well as reported issues according to pre-defined use casesReporting undefined issues to higher levelIdentifying weaknesses in processes or tools and creating awareness as well as identifiying problems that can effect processes and escalating accordinglySupporting users with process knowledge and case specific routing Requirements: Experience in technical support / problem solving business processes or more technical customer serviceVery good communication skills (B2C and B2B) in German and EnglishAdvanced skills in customer support and problem solvingAffinity with IT and preferably vehicle technology/ automotive businessGood knowledge of the MS-Office productsProficient understanding of relationships between internal and external processesAdvanced knowledge of interactions between tools and support systemsCapable of handling advanced tasks in combination with regular workload without detriment to own stress level Offer: Our client offers you in exchange a job opportunity in an ambitious, professional, dynamic and multicultural working environment, where people work to give their best, but have fun as well.
