De vacatureThe position:
  • Define the coverage strategy in line with the company vision and direct report;
  • Develop business relationships in existing accounts (Belgium and Luxemburg) more than 50 customers already in portfolio, take care of the existing partners and develop partners in coordination with the Channel manager. The region has been developed intensively by the channel manager since 2 years. This fiscal year the territory grew 60% in value;
  • Understand the customer's business pains. Define and orchestrate the sales tactics in close relationship with the presales team and the partner ecosystem;
  • Articulate RSCS value proposition at all levels;
  • Accountable for all aspects of the sale, including price and contract negotiations, in compliance with the company rules.
Functie eisen
  • Proven track record in selling software solutions (security and/or Network) and closing sales opportunities to large organizations and medium size organizations
  • Access to customers and large base of end user contacts (CISO and Network managers, cloud architects, SharePoint or office 365 managers) in these accounts
  • Hunter, able to get into accounts through cold calling.7 meetings per week is required
  • Ability to understand and sell technology
  • Knowledge and experience of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing enterprise license agreements
  • Communicate value in Network and Security environments
  • Customer orientation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-discipline, motivation and showing initiative to achieve individual and team results
  • Personal computer literacy including, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the Security Software Industry is a plus
