For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Test automation engineer (Junit, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL)
The Test automation engineer designs and applies testing strategies focused on increasing the quality of our software and the delivery speed, performs and automates functional regression, performance and security tests.

Tasks:
Understand business and feature requirements clearly, define, perform and automate feature testing cases, both for new and for existing functionalities in our application
Create, execute and automate regression, sanity and non-functional tests (including performance and security);
Identify the scope of testing for regression releases and new feature testing
Integrate automation testing into the CI/CD process
Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the application and different environments
Support end user training and documentation
Contribute to internal process and system enhancements
Work in an Agile Scrum DevOps team

Profile:
Experience of automated software testing of enterprise web-based applications
Full system development lifecycle experience
Proven working experience with tools such as JUnit, Selenium IDE, Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber, Jenkins
Knowledge of SQL;
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript and CSS is preferred
Strong focus on quality
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Attention to details and ability to organize work;
Customer orientation.
