Trade Finance specialist (32 hours a week)

As a Trade Finance Specialist, you are;

• Assisting and supporting the responsible Trade Finance Manager in managing transactional trade finance (and political) risks;
• Responsible for the proper and full documentation of financial transactions;
• Actively working on tracking, signalling, judging and monitoring the various forms of risk associated with trade transactions;
• Producing reports on a case-by-case and periodical basis;
• Checking supporting documents, such as letters of credit and bank guarantees in the areas of completeness, text and acceptability;
• Maintaining contact with banks, while internally providing colleagues with the necessary information in an adequate fashion;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for letters of credit and other financial certainties to reduce risks.

In this responsible role we require:

• Higher professional education (HBO) degree obtained in a study with a finance or economics focus; ;
• Relevant experience in Trade finance is considered a great asset;
• Good in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
