TRADING OPERATIONS ANALYST

Job description
The Trading Operations Analyst role will sit on our Trade Support desk and be the first line of contact for our traders. You will also be overseeing various projects and process improvements across the whole firm by connecting different teams and parts of the business.
Functie-eisen
The tasks and responsibilities of the role include:
• Diagnosing and resolving issues relating to order routing, execution and market access
• Identifying opportunities in the market and developing relationship with new and existing partners
• Oversee various procedures including, but not limited to, trade matching, reconciliations, compliance related matters, AML, KYC and onboarding
• Maintain and develop business continuity and contingency plans with consideration of potential risk and impact
• Market data licensing and various terminal access administration
• Review, streamline and improve existing processes
• Taking lead of business supporting ad-hoc projects
• Daily reconciliation of positions, trades and trading related events
The Trading Operations Analyst cooperates with the professionals of Risk, Compliance and Financial administration. You will report to the Trading & Operations Manager.
Whom are we looking for?
• Master or Bachelor+ level (Economics, Mathematics, Business, Financial, Legal) equivalent or 3+ years of working experience in a trading firm or financial institution
• Proficiency at Excel VBA and/or Python, capable of analyzing high volumes of data
• You are familiar with SQL and/or other database frameworks
• Affinity with legal and compliance is a bonus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You feel at home in an international working culture
